Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 0% cancellation charge if cancelled before 15 days of the event.
• 20% cancellation charge if cancelled before 7 days of the event.
• Non Refundable if cancelled before 3 days of the event.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your photography services. You can contact us by email or phone to cancel your services.

Please note that any cancellation within 3 days of the event will be non-refundable. This is because we will have already reserved the time and resources necessary to provide your photography services.
